PORTER PROPERTIES – STEEL PLATE INSTALLATION

Description of work, all done onsite;

• Cut D16 rebar to 100mm length
• Install steel plates with mag drilling into 8mm plate and drilling into concrete.
• Chemset rebar into concrete
• Rebar plug welded to the 8mm plate
  
  

WATERWORLD FACILITIES UPGRADE/RENOVATIONS

Description of work;

• Install support structure/platforms for HVAC systems in 3 locations
• Install stainless steel handrails
• Install pipe support framework for HVAC piping
• Onsite gas cutting of pipe flanges and cutting steel in plant room
• Glazing wall strengthening
• Earth bonding solutions provided onsite

SANDFILTER BACKWASH PUMP

Description of work;

• Install New Platforms, Stairs and Handrails
• Cut out concrete access opening and brace with support beam
• Shutdown main trunk line and tie in with new pipe work and isolation valve
• Install new pump on new concrete plinth
• Install new 350NB carbon steel pipe work and supports
• Install new motor and drive shaft

LOW LIFT PUMPS UPGRADE

Description of work;

• Project programming and management of sub-contractors.
• Cutting into main plant feed pipes and fit isolation valves.
• Installation of carbon steel pipe work, 300NB–600NB.
• Installation of submersible pumps.
